Adelita is a girl’s name meaning “noble; small winged one”. It is a Mazurka which is a which is a Spanish Dance in triple meter. Usually played in a lively tempo with accents oo beats 2 and 3. Alongside Tarrega’s Capriccio Arabe and Recuerdos De Alhambra is one of his most popular.
